Post-honeymoon - before officially leaving Boston we went to Framer's Workshop to frame several things for our future home. Moving west... driving through Idaho on our way to Seattle. Heading west in the 22' Penske truck. We discovered the beach and lighthouse at Discovery Park shortly after our arrival to Seattle. We only had about five days after rolling up on Seattle in our Penske truck to find a place to live.  Our home for the next year was this cute house near Green lake. Moving in... Seattle was kind enough to name a street and museum in our honor. Unfortunately, they spelled our name wrong. Halloween Karaoke. One of the benefits of being unemployed was that we started out our marriage with plenty of together time.  We took advantage of this time by taking a day trip to Vancouver, B.C. The Wojno's came over to visit for a day. We spent a very long day clearing out my dad's storage unit  with much of my grandparent's furniture, and packing up a trailer to move the belongings to Hutchinson. We got excited for every flake of snow we got in Seattle. It was an unusually harsh winter, but we loved it!  Of course we were in California for the brunt of the storm. Our snowman, Randolph.
